Carran Miller was formed in 1981 and in 1990 merged with another local accounting firm, Cederman Dale & Co. The merger resulted in a significantly increased client base and broader business experience and expertise. Carran Miller Limited was formed in November 1999 to continue the tradition established by the Partnership.
